How to convert a doc with chinese character to PDF

I want use DocToPDFConverter to convert a doc to pdf, but the pdf can't show the chinese character.

Thank you for using Essential PDF.

In order to render the chinese text into the PDF document, all the chinese fonts that has been used in the word document should be installed in the system. This is necessary for embedding those fonts in the document.

Please check whether all the necessary chinese fonts are installed in the system and let us know if you have any questions.
