Legend Contains same series twice

When I add a series to a chart, the legend contains two items for that series. How do I fix that?

I am afraid, that I was unable to reproduce this issue. Can you please provide us more information regarding the issue with a simple sample. so that we could sort out the cause of the issue and provide you a solution.

Once again, apologies - this should have been posted in the silverlight forum (do you see a pattern here?)

Scenario:
The chart is created in the xaml, along with an area and the primary and secondary axes. Nothing else is done in the xaml for the chart.

If I add a series in the C# code, I get multiple legend items for each series I add. The only way I've found to avoid this is to call Series.Clear() before adding any objects to it.
