Specific tooltip in cell

I have to add tooltip in some cells, but every tooltip is different (read in a xml file).
Is it possible to have some exemple if it's possible ?

Your exemple work fine (in wpf) but ours in silverlight does'nt seems to work.
We do not have any error, all update of our cell is ok but there isn't any tooltip when the mouse enter in the cell.

Could it be a probleme with the silverlight version ?
