heya,

i am evaluating wpf libraries and have the following requirements:
- office2010 ribbon (backstage would be nice)
- advanced tree (incl dragndrop+fake drag indicator, easy api, inline editing)
- outlook/navigation bar
- colorpicker
- nice to have: easy to use in silverlight environment as well

so far i am satisfied with your set of components, but unfortunately my eval-period is over and i have still 3 questions:

1) whats the actual plans to support office2010 incl backstage and the nicer looks? i found only rough posts about this in the forums

2) ribbon performance: on my dev-machine the syncfusion ribbon was significantly slower at startup-performance than my other favourite. is there anything i can do to speed it up? it takes around 5 seconds to start the ribbon-sampledemo (compared to 1.5 with another ribbon)

3) dragndrop: will it easily be possible to dragndrop onto your treeviewadv from another listview and dragndrop onto itself?

thx for your support,
michael seirer

Hi Michael,

Thanks for your interest in syncfusion products

Q1.Currently, we don't support office2010 incl backstage. However, we would be implementing this feature in our volume4 release.

Q2. The performance of the Ribbon control is affected while loading the Skin. However, we would be working on this and try reducing the loading time in our next release. Thanks for notifying this issue to us.

Q3.We have attached a sample that illustrates how to drag and
drop from the listbox to our TreeViewAdv control.

Please let us know if you have any queries.

Thanks,
Mayavel K
