ExtractImages returns an empty array

Why does the ExtractImages function return an array of length 0 on the attached PDF with an embedded scanned image?

Hi John,

Thank you for using Syncfusion products.

Presently, Essential PDF supports only extraction of DCT Decoded images.In the given PDF document, we can see that the images are FlateDecoded. Hence an array of length zero is returned.
