StartSampleBrowserMVC has stopped working

Using 8.1.0.30 Dashboard

I'm getting an error when I try to "Run Locally Installed Samples" from the dashboard.

I believe that I have everything installed correctly (see screenshot).

I get the same error when I try "Run Locally Installed Samples" from:

1) ASP.Net
2) ASP.Net MVC
3) Windows Forms
4) WPF
5) Silverlight

My colleague can use this feature with no error.

the error message I get when I click "Run Locally Installed Samples" is:

"StartSampleBrowserMVC has stopped working"

I tried searching for a solution on your site and via google, but to no avail.

Is this a problem with your application or my configuration?

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

We could not reproduce the issue internally. Could you please send the following file to us, which will be helpful to solve this issue.

[SyncfusionInstalledPath]\Utilities\InstallInfoGenerator\InstallInfo.xml

Could you also please send the Stack trace of the corresponding sample browsers from User Interface Edition. Please check whether the products.xml is in the following locations:

C:\Program Files\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\8.1.0.30\Infrastructure\StartSampleBrowserMvc\Products.xml
C:\Program Files\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\8.1.0.30\Infrastructure\StartSampleBrowserASP\Products.xml

Then please check whether InstallInfoLibrary is in GAC.
C:\Windows\Assembly\InstallInfoLibrary.dll

If you have .NET Framework 4.0, please check it In the below location.
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_32\InstallInfoLibrary
