Serious bug in diagram component

Hello
I think I have found a bug in diagram component.

Steps to reproduce (assuming you're running diagram builder example from installer):
1) Start diagram builder and create a new drawing
2) Press "Snap to grid button", press "Show grid" button
3) Select "Line" tool from tools menu
4) Draw a vertical line

Result: line is bounded to grid.

5) Select "View-Show rulers" in program menu
6) Select "Line" tool from tools menu
7) Try to draw a vertical line

Result: line is NOT bounded to grid.
It is impossible to draw vertical\horizontal line if "Show rulers" property is checked.

Please fix this bug or give us an example how to workaround it
