I''m curious how the Excel RW is different from the Visual Studio Tools for Office that works with Office 2003.

Excel RW does export data in BIFF format which is compatible with earlier versions of Excel. The Visual Studio Tools for Office 2003 exports data in Office 2003 Xml format. These files can only be viewed with Excel 2003. Stefan
