Hi Kjell,

Thank you for your interest in syncfusion products.

Our initial analysis indicates a possibility that 'cross frame support in menu' could be a Feature Request. We will submit this
to our developers for further analysis and get back to you with a status update in two business days.

Please let us know if any concerns

Hi Kjell,

Thank you for your interest in syncfusion products.

When any standard or custom control is used along with the Menu control, the UseFrames property, when set to True,

drops the sub-menu panel over the Windows control.

Kindly view the Online sample available in the below link:

http://samples.syncfusion.com/ASPNET/7.4.0.20/Web/Tools.Web/samples/3.5/MenuPackage/Menu-AdvancedFeatures/IFrameMenus/cs/iframemenu.aspx?args=2

Please try to reproduce the sample in your page and let us know if it helps.

Regards
Venkatesh

Have now tried the Menu Package if it has cross-frame suport.
Unfortunately, it looks like.
Have set the parameter UseFrames="True", but it does not work. See example site test.draghundsport.se
On www.draghundsport.se see how the menu will work with cross-frame suport.
Unfortunately, that component is a bit buggy which I have been thinking of switching to another that supports cross-frame suport.
Another problem I can see is that the Menu Package not support syncfusion: MenuItemBinding target="My target data member"
If you have any thoughts to fix cross-frame suport and MenuItemBinding target let me know.

Hi Kjell,

We currently do not provide support for 'Cross Frame Menu'. Our development team has confirmed this to be a feature request and would plan to implement this in any of our future releases. We would update you once this feature is implemented. The Menu can be databinded using the 'syncfusion:MenuItemBinding' by setting the 'DataMember' property to the desired datamember.

Kindly view the Online Documentation link below for more details:

http://help.syncfusion.com/ug_74/toolsweb/Databinding3.html

Kindly view the online samples available in below link

Samples For Menu Databinding

Please get back to us if you have any other concerns.
