Hi, I've seem similar problems to mine posted, but not the exact one. I just got Syncfusion installed today, I can develope and work with the tools just fine, but when I go to run my code I get licensing error pop up. Below is the diagnostic:
////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Syncfusion Licensing System - Detailed diagnostics.
ErrorKind = RuntimeNoLicx
UsageMode = Runtime
IsAspDotNet = False
RuntimeLicenseKey = No runtime license key found in licx.
ErrorMessage = Unable to grant a runtime license. Please ensure that the project was compiled with an appropriate licenses.licx file as an embedded resource.
Clicking the button below will launch a utility that will adjust your project settings appropriately.
No Assemblies with licenses.licx resource found.
No Syncfusion.Core entries found in licenses.licx files.
//////////////////////////////////////////////
After clicking the "Fix It" option, I get the following results:
///////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Result
Licensing changes were made successfully.
What to do next
Please RE-BUILD & RE-START your application. Your application will have complete licensing support for all Syncfusion controls. If difficulties continue, please close VS.NET and remove the OBJ and BIN folders for your application before continuing.
Note
You may be asked to re-load your VS.NET project if your project file was modified by the licensing enabler (in most cases the project file is modified)
Please note that this is a one-time step. You will not have to repeat this step when you add additional Syncfusion controls.
/////////////////////////////////////////////////
After that the application runs just fine, but any time I run it again, I get the same thing.
I rebuilt and restart and I get the same error. The application I'm developing also doesn't have and obj or bin folders to delete, but the error continues.
Does anyone have any thoughts on a fix for this? Thanks.

Hi,
I was able to see from the log that your application is still trying to use the 7.2 version of Syncfusion.Core instead of 7.4. Can you please do the steps as mentioned in this help and let me know if that works for you.
