Excel Export: Error while trying to export to excel with visible column 100 and total columns 300 in grid

Hi I have a Grid Grouping control with more than 300 columns in it. I have around 100 visible columns. But when i try to export the grid to excel, it gives me error.

i am getting the error in this line:
converter.GroupingGridToExcel(gridGroupingControl1, sheet, ConverterOptions.Visible);

Please help.
