Filtering a column with DataTemplate

Hi,
I'm using DataTemplateCellModel and Model_QueryCellInfo event to customize my data in the wpf datagrid, exactly like the DataTemplateCell_2008 sample.

The filter box does show the values but the namespace of the Data.
I guess I have to template the filter.

How can I make it work?

Hi,

Thanks for using Syncfusion products.

Filtering will only work on normal properties. Right now We don’t have support for the Complex properties.

We would like to check out your sample, and see if it could be used in some other way. Please let us know

Hi,
You will find a project in attachment, where I use complex property binding and where the sorting and the filtering features do not work.
Is there a sample or a documentation that describes how to implement the filtering features rather than using syncfusion one?

Hi Oliver,

Thanks for the sample. The complex property binding has very limited support right now, We are updating the underlying engine to handle complex binding. You can create a DirectTrac incident to follow up on this feature.
