Padding in table lost when converted with DocToPDFConverter

Hi,

I create a table and set the padding of the cells using:
"table.TableFormat.Paddings.All = 4;".

When I create the Word document the padding is applied correctly, however if I convert the document using DocToPDFConverter the padding is not applied in the resulting PDF document.

Is this a bug or did I something wrong?
