RichTextEditor and Framework 1.1

Hi all!!!
I need to load and save a MS Word document in a web page with RichTextEditor component, but this page must be a vs 2003 project (with dot net framework 1.1).

A try to use a Syncfusion 4.4.0.51 package (this pack have some Dlls with framework 1.1).

Any one have any solution?

Currently we do not provide suppourt for visualstudio 2003.I will provide you an sample in vs 2008 to load and save a MS Word document in a web page by tomarrow.
