ControlTemplate for ChartArea

I am wondering if there is an example for a complete ControlTemplate of the ChartArea? I am using a chart control with ScrollBars and I would like to put the scrollbars below the x-Axis. I think the best way to achieve this would be to create a custom ControlTemplate.
Would be great if someone could help.

Thanks for choosing Syncfusion Products.

We cannot host the scroll bar in chart area using control template and also we can't able to modify the chart area template. Currently we don't have the feature to override the chart area template. We will consider this as a feature request.We will implement this feature in our forthcoming release.
