Incrementer control ?

Hi,
Is there an "Incrementer Control" inside the Syncfusion package ?

I mean a control with a textbox and two buttons: '+' and '-' to increment and decrement the value inside the textbox.

I see it exists on Syncfusion:Clock (for incrementing/decrementing the date) but I don't know how to use it on my own controls.
