Do you guys have any solution for this?

Thank you.

Dare I say upgrade :). This was still broken in at least 7.0 but had gone in 7.2.

Hi Jenson,

Thanks for using Syncfusion products.

We have the following two suggestions.

1. Kindly download and install our latest released version(which does not have this issue) which is available for download from the below location.

http://www.syncfusion.com/downloads/latest-version

Unlock key:

If your Essential Studio license is valid, you will be able to obtain the key to install this version from your Direct-Trac account or contact your Syncfusion Sales Representative or e-mail salessupport@syncfusion.com for further assistance.

2. Still if you want the fix in the version 5.102.0.51, we will arrange a patch in that same version with the fix included. But we request you to open the same query as an incident in Direct Trac so that we can deliver the patch directly to you in the incident.

Please let us know if you have any queries.

Regards,
Bala.

Hi Bala,
I'll try to submit the defect via Direct Trac, the option 1 is not better way for us.
Thanks for your team support.

Best Regards,
Jenson
