Hi Chandan,
GridGroupingControl just display data that is presented by its underlying Datasource. You need to remove the records from the underlying datasource to remove it from the Grid also. You could see our sample browser "Grouping Performance Demo" for more information. It showcases grid manipulations such as Remove Records, insert Records, Change Records etc. in a button click.
