Error with 7.2.0.37 installer

Downloaded the 7.2.0.37 Link license installer from this URL:

Soon (around 12 percent complete) after the "Checking component status. Please wait." pop-up appears there's an error msg displayed in another pop-up:
Runtime Error (at 46:1622):
Internal error: Unknown custom message name "ClientBinBIWPF" in "cm" constant.

Component checking continues, but the Installation is not successful. It just returns to the Select Destination Location page and clicking Next there repeats the error.
