Copy Chart Tab Excel 2007

Hello,
I've updated the SyncFusion XLsIO library and I'm currently using the 7.2.0.20 version.
Concerning my forum post "http://www.syncfusion.com/support/forums/xlsio-windows/73066/How-to-copy-a-Chart-tab-?"
I have noticed that the related Incident n° 46629 is not closed, so I had to use my "implemented workaround" to correct it.

This solution work good with Excel 97-2000 and 2003 but when I want to copy a "Chart Tab" of an Excel 2007 document.
the results is invalid and I don't know why. (see attached file)
