Drag&drop (some restrictions) .. Treeview

Hi.

I am using the Syncfusion TreeViewAdv control.
however, there are some restrictions I need enforced.
Basically I want the user to be able to re-arrange the sub items in a tree node but not be able to drop a node outside of its parent.
How can I do this?

Lower part saw the same contents question.
Will be a plan which will upgrade. Now is the use possible?

Reply will wait.
Thanks...

Hi park,

Thanks for your interests in Syncfusion products.

Yes we have implemented a new method FindItemByPoint for TreeViewAdv. This method will find TreeViewItemAdv by Point using which you can achieve your requirements. We are sending you a simple sample for your reference. In the sample we have explained how to find the TreeViewItems by point using the Mouse Position in the PreviewDragOver event of the TreeViewAdv. Kindly download the sample from the following location.
