Problem to view Diadgram at center( Equal spacing to left & right)

I have the Problem in Diagram View at Center.

1) When we draw the Diagram
2) And save it save successfully
3) But when we view this diagram it display at left side & Right side black Space display
4) I want to display this Diagarm at Center ( same spacing in right & left)
5) Please see attachment

Sorry for the delay in response. I have created a sample which does not produce an error as you have mentioned. Please provide me with a sample program or exact steps to reproduce the error. I link below has the sample i have created.
