I'm facing a problem related to a custom grid i derived from GridGroupingControl, when I click on the header of any column it will sort descending but when I click again it won't change the sorting direction and will remain the same. What am I doing wrong? Where might be the problem? I'm using the older 4.4.0 version of syncfusion tools.

It is difficult to identify the problem without seeing it in a live application. Could you please reproduce the issue in anyone of our browser samples or provide us a sample having the issue. So that we could sort out the cause of the issue and provide you a solution soon?.
