Please give me some help with the following issue. I want to use DoubleTextBox for the formatting purpose. But I want to limit the digits in a certain way so that the sum of the number of digits before and after the dot will not be bigger than a number. DoubleTextBox asks me to specify how many decimal places I need, and put trailing zeroes automatically. With the trailing zeroes the number will look awkward. Is there anyway to not show the trailing zeroes?
For example, if I need 10 combined digits, then as long as the number has 10 digits, the decimal point can be anywhere, such as 123456.7891 or 12.34567891 ... But I have to specify enough decimal places so I have to say 10 decimal points. Then doubleTextBox will show 1.0000000000 even though the number is only 1. I don't want to show all those zeroes.
I hope I have made myself clear. Any help will be appreciated so that I don't have to create a custom control.

Hi Kevin,
Thank you for your patience.
Currently we do not provide support to 'Mode to truncate unwanted zeros displayed when NumberDecimalDigits property is set'. This has been confirmed as a Feature Request.
We will implement this feature in our forthcoming new version releases or service pack releases. We usually have an interval of at least three months between releases. The feature implementation would also greatly depend on the factors such as product design, code compatibility and complexity. We will get back to you once the feature is implemented.
Thank you for your interest in Syncfusion products.
