WPF documentation

I have installed the trial version of the WPF controls. Accessing local documenation from the Dashboard prompts to download and install, but no WPF docs were installed...only WinForms and ASP. The online docs are very sparse.

Will more complete documentation be available in the near future?

Thanks.
Greg

Hi Greg,

Thanks for your interests in Syncfusion products.

Currently we are offering you the stand-alone version(CHM format) and the online documentation format of the help file. We are very sure that the help file gives a clear overview and a complete details about all the Syncfusion WPF controls in their corresponding pages with better navigation.

For online documentation kindly look into the following location,

http://help.syncfusion.com/UG/User%20Interface/WPF/Tools/documents/1overview.htm

Could you please update which version you are trying now. so that it will be much helpful for us to fix your issue with the locally installed documentation.

Regards,
Bala.

Thanks, Bala. I have version 6.4.0.15. As I said, I do not have the CHM version installed. StartWPFHelp.exe prompts for a download, but I do not get the WPF version of the docs. Thanks, again.

Hi Bala,
This download does not have any WPF documentation. Do you have a download for WPF docs? Thanks.
Greg

Hi Greg,

Thanks for your interests in Syncfusion products.

When you run our syncfusionessentialstudiohelpsetup.exe file, by default the locally installed documentation will install under the following folder.

[System_Folder]{C:}\Program Files\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\Documentation\64

After the complete installation of the help setup file you will find the chm format of the WPF controls under the following folder.

System_Folder]{C:}\Program Files\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\Documentation\64\Help\Essential Studio WPF.chm

We regret for this inconvenience caused. Could you please try now with the Class Reference link for the online documentation. As we are now able to access it.

Please let us know if we are missing anything.

Regards,
Bala.
