How to programatically hide autohidden panel when its current state is "Show"

I am trying to control the autohidden panel programatically,
I learned how to show the autohidden panel by using DockingManager.SelectTab() method, it works great but it doesn''t hides the panel when it looses the focus, so now I am trying to hide the panel programatically. Please let me know if there is any method to do that...

Thanks for your interests in Syncfusion products.

Currently there is no method to hide the panel programatically after the focus is lost from the panel. We will consider this is a feature request with the DockingManager. This feature will be available in our VOL-4 refresh release which is scheduled on the last week of November. We will update to you if there is any change in the estimated date.
