System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException

I am new to xlsio, so I am probably doing something very wrong...

Whatever I do, including opening Samples for Excel file opet, I get the following messages in the Immidiate window

A first chance exception of type 'System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException' occurred in Syncfusion.XlsIO.Base.dll

There are 3 equal messages. After that, program works as expected. The same happens when I use visual C and visual basic

Any ideas?
