Expression columns do not blink

Hi;

I've noticed that expression columns do not blink when they're updated.

To regenerate this situation, please add an expression column to the grid's source DataTable in your MarketSimulation sample.

Please look at the attached screen capture, the leftmost colums as you can see do not blink. Is that by design, bug or am i missing a point?
