ToolStripGalleryItem clickable?

Hi!

Why isn't the ToolStripGalleryItem dervied from control? I would like to add the functionality of right-click in a toolstrip gallery. On the right-click, a context menu would open.

Compare to the Styles gallery in Word, when you right-click there is some options for just that style.

Do you all get what I mean? Have anyone had success while doing this? Is there another way?

/Robin

Hi Robin,

Thank you for using Syncfusion products.

Show context menu when right click on ToolStripGalley

By default, RibbonControlAdv allows you to show the contextmenu when right clicking on the ToolStripGallery.

The following sample demonstrates the same.

Please let me know if I misunderstood your requirement.

Hi!

Yes, that's the default context menu. But I would like the same behavior as in Word (in other words :), add other alternatives to the context menu for the gallery items).

Please look at the attached image.

Hi Robin,

We regret for the inconvenience. Currently we don't have support to access the context menu and modify its collection to achieve your required behavior.

We will be adding this support in future releases.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Regards,
Mano
