Currently the PaletteGroupView supports the integrated scrolling to scroll the PaletteGroupViewItems and it behave exactly like VS 2003 ToolBox. You could not change the scroll bar's style and could not apply the external scroll bar. We have logged a feature rewuest in this regard and forwarded this to our development team for more analysis. We will get back to you with more details once we get back from our developers.
