Control sort action with GridDataBoundGrid

I am using a GridDataBoundGrid, where I have designated the top row to be as a special row which should not be part of the reordering of rows as a result of a column sort.

How can I achieve this?

Thanks for the interest in Syncfusion products.

You can add an extra row and can change the row to text box so that this row should not be part of reodering. Please refer the sample in the below link that illustrates the above.
