ChartFormatAxisLabel fails with Zoomed in Gantt type chart

Using ChartFormatAxisLabel with a Gantt type chart.
When the Y Axis is zoomed, not all labels get filled in...
the ChartFormatAxisLAbel event just never fires for certain indexes.

I've spent 8 hours on this, and have exhausted every possible combination of settings I could find.

Thank you for your interest in Syncfusion Products.

1) Index values are missing:

Axis labels are not printed out at certain zoom levels

We suspect this issue to be a defect. We have sent this to our developers for more analysis. We will getback to you once hear from them.

2) The Chart is adjusted to the right when the label value is wider:

It is its default behaviour. The Chart will be adjusted to the label to make the label text visible fully.

3) I am afraid that I was not able to reproduce the issue mentioned here. Please refer the video clip in the following link:

If i am missing anything, could you please explain me in detail, so that I could sort out the cause of the issue and provide you a better solution?
