diagram_renderer.aspx - httpHandler failed.

My web application having Essential DiagramWebControl(version 5.102.0.51), I drew some nodes(Text node, Rectangle, Curve node, LineConnector and label. All are, classes of Syncfusion.Windows.Forms.Diagram Namespace) on diagramWebControl. this diagram plotts very fine if we run in all our development machines(which have XP installed), but the same code deployed in server for testing, its not rendering the image, instead showing red cross mark on the top left edge of the control, I am using diagram_renderer.aspx httpHandler in my web.config file.
What will be the possible reason for the above weird behaviour of DaigramWebControl???

Hi Jyothi,

Thank you for your interest in Syncfusion Products.

I am afraid that I was not able to reproduce the issue mentioned here. Please find the sample in the below link:

http://websamples.syncfusion.com/samples/Diagram.Web/5.1.0.51/F72098_5_1/main.htm

Please look at the above sample, if the issue persists, could you please send me a simple sample that reproduces the issue, so that I could sort out the cause of the issue, and provide you a better solution?

Please let me know if any concerns.

Regards,
Fathima

Hi Fathima,
Thanks for the quick response,

As u said I attached the project with this message.
As I already mentioned that, this solution is working very fine in my Dev machine(Xp installed), but its not working in the QA server(Windows 2003 server installed)

Any help will be greately appreciated.
Thanks,
Jyothi

Hi Jyothi,

Thanks for the sample.

I am still not able to reproduce the issue. Can you check if you have copied the Syncfusion assemblies to the deployment machine?

Also, can you try by adding a bin folder to the project and including the referenced Syncfusion assemblied there in the bin folder and then deploy that to the server?

Please let me know if this helps.

Regards,
Nanda
