How to change month names, day names to other language

Allthough I've set the culture to DE the names of months, days, etc. are still in english. Where do I have to define the names in other languages?

Take a look at this sample.

Under the Options|Culture menu item, you can see how to specify Culture settings. That sample selectively changes the settings to either FR, IT, US or DE.
