dropdown grid + filterbar + saving datarow

Hi,

I have added a column to my grid with combo boxes that let me open dropdown grids (inspired by the GDBGwithDropGrids example). Since then, my filter (inspired by the ForumFilterBarDisplayMember project, so that I can filter cells that use foreign keys) and directly saving an actual row of data is not possible as the DataRows now contain an extra column.

What do you suggest to get dropdown grids seamlessly working with filtering and saving a row of actual data?
