Please let us know if you are running the application from a network share? This error will occur only if you run the application from a network share or you refer the Syncfusion assemblies that are available in the network share.
In order to solve this error, you must specify "FullTrust" for the Syncfusion assemblies, in your System's .NET security settings. This can be provided only if you are an user with administrator privileges.
