UserControl and Virtual Grid

Hi, I am trying to use a usercontrol hosted in virtual grid.User control contains few textbox and buttons.After creating model and renderer for control i can host control in grid cells (one col contains usercontrols).But behaviour is on changing one control all controls refreshes.similar like examples given calender control or repeater control.i am using this input grid as form ,input data going to be different any suggestion?attached file with model and renderer.Thanks in advance.
