Is there a way to open an existing Excel Document and then save it as HTML using Syncfusion XLSIO or other tools?
This would be a very useful feature to have. If it is not available at this time, is there plans for Syncfusion to implement this feature? If so, then when can it be expected?
Thanks,

Hi Amit,
Thank you for your interest in Essential XlsIO.
Currently we do not provide support to open an existing Excel Document and then save it as HTML. Already we have logged "Ability to convert spreadsheet to html file" as a feature request and notified our development team. We will implement this feature in our forthcoming new version releases or service pack releases. We usually have a timeframe of at least three months between releases. The feature implementation would also greatly depend on the factors like product design, code compatibility and complexity. We will get back to you once the feature is implemented.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Melba

Hi Melba,
Thank you kindly for your prompt response. We appreciate that this feature is one that Syncfusion is taking seriously. We at Rivet Software use Syncfusion a great deal and it would be ideal if your tools were expanded to support this feature. This is a feature that we would be looking forward to implementing in our products and is very important to us, as I'm sure it would be important to other users of Syncfusion Xlsio tools.
Thanks again, and please do keep us informed of your release plans for save as HTML as a future feature.
