ole32.dll on Windows 98 & document.Save("Sample.doc", FormatType.Doc)

Hi,
I am trying to evaluate DocIo on Windows 98. I try to run the sample HelloWorld. It gives the crash for the line document.Save("Sample.doc", FormatType.Doc)
The Windows 98 I am using do have IE 6.0. Do we need to have Ole32.dll. Does DocIo has the dependency of Ole32.dll?. Is it the problem from your side? Please let me know about this.
Thanks,
Ketan.
