I create a COM object that uses syncfusion assembly.

I have another application that call the COM and I have an error licensing with the "FixIt"
popup window.

How can i resolve this problem ?

Hi Simon,

This is just a runtime license check, please follow the steps given in the below KB article to avoid this error,

The KB article is be based on the users of version and .Net Framework 1.1

Changes in the KB for the .Net Framework 2.0 users:

Step 2: Use the genlic.zip given here and also change the version in control.txt with the version of essential studio you have,

version = for Essential Studio v
version = for Essential Studio v
version = for Essential Studio v

Step 3: After you open the .Net 2005 command prompt navigate to " C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\SDK\v2.0\Bin" and then type lc.exe

Please also have a look at the following forum thread,
