Docking in asp.net

Pls suggest me how i am use docking in asp.net.
In syncfusion provide the win form docking not asp.net so pls suggest me.

The Dockage package of ASP.NET includes the 'Snap' control. The Snap control provides a framework for your web pages to implement features that will facilitate users to move, dock/float, expand/collapse elements in the web pages.
