How to export Grid in web form to excel

Hi,

I am wondering how to export grid in web form to excel? Is it the same as export grid from window form? Can anyone show me an example?

Hi Rekha,

Attached is a sample link which helps you to export the GridGrouping data to excel along with the backcolor applied to the cells.

In this sample I have applied 'Red' color to the Cell with the value 'London' in the 'City' column and 'Yellow' color to the cell 'Germany' in the 'Country' column.

When you click the Export button the data of the GridGrouping control gets exported to the Excel along with the background color which has been applied to the cell.
