Can''t create EXE when assigning icon in project properties

I tried to assign an icon to the main form in my project in order to be used after installing it. The VS displayed an error message indicates that VS can't build the EXE file. when I removed the ICON assignmed in from project properties, it worked fine.

I am not able to reproduce this issue at my end.

Please try to reproduce the issue in the below sample, in which I have assigned an icon to a form.

if you are not able to reproduce the issue in the above sample, then please provide me the following details

1) Essential studio version you are using.
2) .Net framework
3) Video file of the issue
4) OS details

The above details would help us to analyze the issue further.
