Error opening quote with office 2003 sp1

Hi
i made an xml spreed sheet alone.
then i open it with xlsIO 5.102.0.51
add bmp file
change visibility of one sheet.
and save it as biff8.

if I try to open it on computer with excel sp1 the excel crush
then I installed on the same computer sp2 and now it open.
do u know this issue ?
