problem in Recognition of Ribbon Controls

Hi,

I am testing the application that is having almost all controls designed as ribbon controls.
QTP is unable to identify those controls. the controls are same as MSoffice 2007 controls..
how to implement scripts in QTP for these kind of controls.In the QTP help documentation whatever it is given for .NET extensibility ITs not working..please check these controls.like If you tell me the procedure for atleast one control that would be great for me.
