Axis Ranges (Again!!!)

I appolagize in advance because I am pretty sure this question has been asked before... I have seen other post similar but not exactly explain what I need.

I am evaluating this product and I want my plot to stretch along the complete axis, my data points are x[0] = 200, y[0] = .03.... x[n] = 800, y[n] = -03. The issue I have is that by default, I get a 0 - 200 X axis range that I don't want. I know I can manually set the Ranges and I tried that, but I am not sure how to get the proper interval value for all plot cases, becuase otherwise I get too many GridLines...
