installer hung

trying to install

syncfusionessentialaspstudiosetup.exe

it hung on the "Creating Directories", does any
one know how to resolves this.

I tried to kill the process starts with is-....tmp from task manager and
restart the installation it did not help

ok, problem resolved. it was not hanging.
this step just took 20+ minutes
without responding to the window system.
