There seems to be a problem displaying tooltip's within an application that use your DockingManager and MDI functionality. The Tooltip appears behind the application and sometimes not at all.
Run "MDI Demo" from your Sample Browser (Essential Studio Samples->Tools samples->Docking Package->MDIDemo). Resize the far right panel name "Network" such that it is very thin but can still see the items in the treeview. Mouse over the treeview items and you'll see the tooltip get rendered behind the application. You can only see the right hand side of the tooltip. This is also true when the treeview is floating.
Some controls don't even show their tooltip when the control is floating too (ie. I use other third party charting controls).
So, something funky with the z-order display is going on here. Is there any way to get the tooltop to appear on top of everything?
Thanks, Brian
