Bar, no ID... just a Barname

Hi,

My application uses multiple languages.

So, the barname needs to be translated.
But, the barname is used as ID for the bar...

Why we can specify an ID and a Text like the baritem ?

Best regards,

Martin

Hi Martin,

Sorry for the delay in responding.

As the Name property of the Bar is used for identification purpose, you can use the Name property of the bar as an ID and you can localize the BarName property of the bar which appears in the Customize dialog.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for your interest in Syncfusion products.

Best regards,
Golda

Hi,

I found the property "Caption"... then I use "BarName" for the ID and "Caption" for the display.

There is no "Name" property accessible during the runtime.

Thanks for your help

Best regards,

Martin
