Good day,

I am explorint TreeViewAdv, and experience a problem.

Having normal system dpi settings (96 dpi) tooltip show only part of the string that need to be shown. Having 120 dpi HelpText also cuts strings. You can see it on the screenshots (folder tooltip.zip/pictures/...)

To reproduce the problem, please set dpi settings (Desktop/Properties/Settings/Advanced/General/DPI Settings) to 120.

Thank you.

Hi Sergey,

Sorry for the long delay in responding. We could see the issue in your sample as you mentined. Could you please create a Direct-Trac incident with the subject line "TreeViewAdv.HelpText Display Issue - F59183" so that we can give more details regarding the fix?

Thanks for your interest in Syncfusion products.

Best Regards,
